Yes. Buck Arms Co. is a licensed Type 07 Manufacturer and FFL dealer. All firearm sales must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Background checks and/or ATF approvals are required before delivery.

Yes. You can purchase from any licensed dealer or online retailer and select Buck Arms Co. as your FFL for the transfer. We’ll contact you once your firearm arrives to schedule pickup and background check.

We carry select ammunition, optics, and accessories. Availability may vary, so contact us with what you are looking for.

Standard transfers are $20 per firearm. NFA or special items may have additional fees due to required documentation.

Absolutely. You can provide your own vector file (SVG, AI, DXF, or LightBurn file), or we can help design one for you.

No. Engraving does not change the firearm’s classification. We follow ATF 27 CFR 478.92 marking standards to ensure compliance.

Yes. We’re a Class 2 SOT and can assist with Form 1, Form 4, and Form 5 submissions through the ATF eForms system.

Yes. As a licensed Type 07 Manufacturer, we can serialize and manufacture compliant firearms and components in accordance with ATF regulations.

We can modify or refinish slides and barrels, but we will not alter, remove, or obscure required ATF markings on the receiver/frame.

Always ensure your firearm is unloaded and in a case when entering the premises. Never bring ammunition inside unless instructed.
