Firearm Sales & Transfers

  • All firearm purchases and transfers are subject to completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful NICS background check (unless exempt by law).

  • Firearms will only be transferred to the individual listed on the approved background check or applicable NFA form.

  • Buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with all state and local firearm laws prior to purchase.

  • Buck Arms Co. reserves the right to refuse transfer or sale to any individual for any reason consistent with applicable law.

  • NFA item transfers (suppressors, SBRs, etc.) require ATF approval and payment of applicable tax stamps. Processing times are determined by the ATF, not Buck Arms Co.

Engraving, Gunsmithing, and Customization

  • All firearm engraving, modification, and gunsmithing work is performed in accordance with ATF regulations and industry standards.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of requested modifications in their jurisdiction.

  • Buck Arms Co. is not liable for misuse, alteration, or reassembly of any firearm after service completion.

  • Firearms left for service or engraving must be lawfully owned by the customer or transferred through proper FFL channels.

Storage & Handling

  • Firearms stored for customers (short-term or long-term) remain the property of the lawful owner but are subject to verification of ownership and compliance with all laws.

  • Storage fees may apply, and unclaimed firearms may be subject to legal disposition as permitted by law.

Liability

Buck Arms Co., its owners, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for damages, injury, or loss arising from misuse of any firearm, ammunition, or product sold, transferred, or serviced by the company.
All firearms must be handled safely and responsibly in accordance with the Four Rules of Firearm Safety and all applicable laws.
