At Buck Arms Co. we blend old-school craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver permanent, tasteful engraving on slides, receivers, barrels, and accessories. What we offer

- Slide Cuts/Porting – precision cuts to reduce recoil and speed follow-up shots.
- Laser or Hand Stippling — deep, tactile cuts for heirloom pieces and high-end collectibles.
- Custom Artwork and Layout — we convert your ideas, patches, or sketches into engraving-ready vector files.
- Personalization — names, dates, unit numbers, awards, or subtle owner marks.
- Restoration & Re-engraving — tasteful restoration of vintage markings or aesthetic enhancement.
Why engraving matters
Engraving is more than decoration — it’s identity. A well-executed engraving:
- Allows tasteful branding for dealerships, teams, and special events.
- Adds provenance and collectible value.
- Creates unique heirlooms and commemorative gifts.
- Improves handling and ergonomics when used as texturing or checkering areas (where appropriate).

Materials, Techniques, & Process
There is no one tool for customization. To fit the needs of various finishes and materials, we have both Fiber and CO2 lasers, rotary tools, and hand stippling equipment. Before any engraving begins:
- We consult with each customer to confirm feasibility, turnaround, and price.
- You approve the final artwork, placement, depth and other measurables.
- We ensure all items are properly prepped and masked.
- We execute engraving (laser, rotary, and/or hand) taking care to first test on similar scrap.
- We deburr, clean, and apply corrosion inhibitor as requested.
- We perform full function and safety inspection.
- We document work preformed and provide photos. If parts were sent, we package securely and return them to you.
DISCLAIMER: We will not alter, remove, or obscure serial numbers or required factory markings. Certain engravings may be regulated depending on the part and applicable laws — we always confirm compliance before work begins and will refuse work that would violate federal, state, or local firearm statutes.
